Liberty Days - Hometown Hero 2026 Nomination Form

The Hometown Hero Committee is seeking nominations for the 2026 Layton City Liberty Days' Hometown Heroes. Nominees may demonstrate excellence in service through volunteering and community impact, creativity through the arts, storytelling, or performance, leadership in both formal and informal roles, resilience by overcoming adversity, initiative by starting something new or taking action, and bridge building by bringing people together and strengthening community connections.

(Nominees should be 30 years old or younger, Layton City residents or have strong ties to the Layton City community)

Selected Hometown Heroes will be honored at the Ed Kenley Amphitheater on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at the "Voices of Liberty" concert, and will ride on the Layton City Hometown Heroes float in the Liberty Days parade on Saturday, July 4, 2026.
